Hey, I’m Olga

From Head of Media Planning to yoga mat.

I didn’t come to yoga because I was flexible. I came with a busy mind, ADHD, OCD, and the feeling that I was never enough.

For 13 years I worked in international marketing and eventually became Head of Media Planning — and I was successful. On paper. Inside, I was exhausted.

Yoga didn’t magically fix my life, but it changed my relationship with myself.

It gave me a sense of peace I didn’t know was possible. When I experienced that change, I knew I wanted to share it with other people. That’s why I left marketing and became a yoga teacher — training over 800 hours in Jivamukti in Moscow and Barcelona.

Today I teach in English and Russian, working with international expats and mixed-level groups — bringing the same structured, honest thinking from my old career into something that actually helps people feel better.

Before you say “not for me”

The things people worry about, answered honestly.

Chances are, one of these is exactly what’s in your head right now.

“I don’t really understand yoga. Will I know what I’m supposed to do?”
Absolutely

I’ll explain every movement, why we’re doing it and how it supports your body — so nothing feels confusing or intimidating.

“I’ve tried before and couldn’t stay consistent. What if I quit again?”
You’re not starting from zero

You’re starting with experience. We’ll build a practice that fits your life — not one that depends on perfect motivation.

“I don’t have enough time. Can short practices really make a difference?”
You don’t need two-hour practices

Even 20–40 minutes, done consistently, can improve how your body feels and how your mind handles stress.

“I’m too stiff for yoga. Do I need to be flexible before I start?”
Not at all

Flexibility isn’t something you bring to yoga. It’s something yoga helps you build.

“I won’t be good enough. What if everyone else is better than me?”
Everyone starts somewhere

There is no competition, no perfect poses and no pressure to keep up. Just your own progress.

“I’ve taken yoga classes with different teachers over the years, but Olga teaches differently. She doesn’t just tell you what to do — she explains why you’re doing it. Somehow that made everything click for me. I left feeling like I understood my own body a little better.”

“The thing I appreciated most wasn’t the practice itself — it was how comfortable she made everyone feel. There’s no pressure to be flexible or ‘good at yoga.’ Olga is warm, funny and incredibly attentive. You never feel judged, and somehow even challenging poses become less intimidating.”

“I came for yoga but kept coming back because of the atmosphere. The classes are calm without being boring, thoughtful without being overly serious, and somehow everyone feels welcome from the first minute. It feels less like joining a fitness class and more like finding a place where you can simply be yourself.”

Frequently asked

Are classes suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely. Most people don’t come to me because they’re flexible — they come because they want to feel better. I’ll meet you where you are and offer options throughout the class, so you can move at your own pace without feeling left behind.

Is this a spiritual or “woo-woo” type of yoga?

No. You’ll learn movement, breathing and mindfulness in a practical, down-to-earth way. No pressure to believe anything, no awkward chanting — just thoughtful yoga that works in real life.

What makes your classes different?

I focus on helping you understand what you’re doing and why. Instead of pushing for perfect poses, we build strength, mobility, awareness and confidence — so yoga becomes something you can actually enjoy and keep doing.

What should I expect from my first class?

Expect to feel welcome. No one will expect you to keep up, know pose names, or get everything right. Just bring comfortable clothes, curiosity and yourself.
